The workload can be quite high sometimes, especially when working with different timezones one can forget that in another timezone the shift is already (almost) over. Sometimes there was a small degree of micro-management , for individuals that know what they are doing it could work counter-productive. Some tasks can be quite repetitive, but luckily they're working on delegating these tasks to other teams or automating these processes more and more.
