Toxic and unprofessional - Anonymous employee StoneX Employee Review

Totally toxic environment where no one wants the right ideas and development. I do not recommend it at all. There is no development potential, discrimination is constant, disrespect and lack of understanding of business etiquette is the slogan of these people. A lot of non-professionals who are hired just as friends. Only the highest management can change this, but they don't care or have no time to deal with such problems. And middle management won't fix anything, because they are the problem.
