      A lot of work and low pay Need to come in the office otherwise hr gets involved No communication

      Cons

      Same as above low pay no comms redundancy etc

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
