      - a steady income and good company events

      Cons

      - pay is super low even though its a fortune 50 company - tough to see career path forward or up - management doesnt seem to care about employees, no extra benefits or credits

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
