      - stability - benefits are good - office

      Cons

      - the department I worked for was terribly structured - cronyism is THE THING - unfortunately 'yes Man's' in management are predominant - you are expected to work extra long hours, otherwise forget about bonuses, increases or promotions. Not paid. In best scenario time-back is possible

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
