      Excellent culture within each office's micro environment

      Cons

      -Lost leadership all the way to the top who doesn't know what company it wants to be -Most roles are paid below market, but the back office/ operations units are disrespectfully paid

      Pros

      Overall decent salary and bonuses at the end of the year as well as good benefits.

      Cons

      Constant restructuring and lack of communication can be disorienting for employees. People come and go and very few people are notified. Can have limited career growth opportunities in certain departments.
