      Base pay, commission, remote work, training

      Cons

      Managers are terrible. Always compared to their top seller who is the brother of one of the managers. I was told I failed a personality test. They don’t care if you don’t make money. Don’t follow through on what they say. They will let you sink before they teach you to swim.

      A great company with a terrific team of individuals - this place makes you excited to go to work everyday.

      Great learning experience, work hour flexibility, friendly supervisors

      Cons

      No health benefits, vacation benefits, or holiday benefits. this is a contract basis employment only (changes quarterly). Bonuses and residuals are unrealistic. Especially, if you do not make a certain amount for that particular month, or if you're absent from work. Most people leave after AEP as they realize the bonuses are unrealistic to substantiate for the low wages.
