Pros
Stokvis has a really friendly atmosphere and a can do attitude. It works well in it's chosen markets, and is seen as a valued partner by its customers
Cons
As with many large organisations, its financial rewards may not always be were the market rate for the job is. This has resulted in key personnel either leaving or threatening to leave. Whilst encouraging an entrepreneurial environment, and this is great, however, this is not rewarded
