      Pros

      Great company values, good coworkers, good boss, customer relations, end of year bonus, health, vision, dental benefits.

      Cons

      Compensation doesn't match the job description. You are paid for one job while you work three (consumer Lender, customer service rep, loan assistant, etc.). Technically not a 'lender' position. Recent high turnover rate on new accounts side.

      Pros

      Benefits are decent, but that's about it. Everything else about Stockman Bank is terrible! You'd be much better off working anywhere else.

      Cons

      Management is too unreasonable! They make a lot of unreasonable demands, neglect to provide any support or guidance, etc., but expect employees to make zero mistakes! The salary isn't even that good, so I don't know why they have the audacity to ask so much from us!
