      Most everything about working for this dynamic start-up PEO is a "Pro" - hard-working, committed, and caring leadership team, the most unique PEO concept available, a remote workforce, state-of-the art tools & resources, and incredible humans all sharing the same goal of creating the best PEO focused on the independent medical practices and the healthcare industry.

      Cons

      Start-Up, so you might have to wear multiple hats for awhile, but why is that a bad thing? Great opportunity to learn.

      Pros

      It is a totally new product that is much-needed in healthcare. It is a fast-paced and collaborative organization with flat communication. The CEO has an open line to everyone in the company. Everyone is focused on contributing and doing their part to help each other and the company succeed. Egos and company politics are checked at the door or quickly shown it. This is truly a recipe to become a massive company!

      Cons

      Nobody really knows who we are yet. Not a lot of people in healthcare are familiar with then benefits of joining a PEO.
