flexible time off; pet friendly and child freindly environment; easy access to senior mgmt; easy to learn new skills and take on new roles

constant finsancial problems; sr management not expereienced in running a company or recoevering from hardship; hiring/firing/lay off decsions made by owners feelings atr the moment; area leadership not often invovled in planning or decsion making ; area managment expected to be able to perform all jobs their staff can perform at all times; plans made today change tomorrow with no discussion or planning; communication is not valued and not practiced by sr mgmt; owner makes all final decisions but is oftn not on site

Good company culture. Always felt like family place. No strict rules that made no sense.

No raises for long periods. Very little chance for advancement.
