The staff isgreat!. You can meet good people working here. That is all that is good.
Cons
The ownership lacks common sense when it comes to business matters at the spa. The owners lack of communication skills cause constant confusion with the staff on a daily basis. Their ownership style is could be describe as duck, hide, & let the employees take the brunt of it. If there were ever a problem they were no where to be found. They use and abuse their employees, but love to cry about all that they (owners) do for them and how much the employees owe to them. You will be greatly underpaid here. No job is worththis level of stress. Especially when you aren't being paid for it. Extreme micro management.
