      Flexibility is the only pro.

      Cons

      Lack of leadership throughout the company. Work environment is toxic, a large layoff (about 33% of the US office) when the company was profitable was likely the main culprit. Benefits are expensive compared to similar companies.

      Lots of great long time employees. Dedicated to customers and their product. Strength in the area of product information management, which is essentially legacy.

      Cons

      Continuous churn, reduction in force, lack of innovation and short-term focus.
