Chance to move up quickly (they just wont pay you for it). Honestly the best part was leaving.
Cons
This was the most hostile, toxic environment I have ever worked in. Upper management (except for Mr. Stevenson) had absolutely no idea how to run a business. Favoritism was a major problem here. HR was a joke. Literally don’t ever go to them with a problem because everyone will hear about it. My boss used to say there was always someone at the door behind me to take a spot within the company in an instant so they didn’t care if you were happy or chose to leave. With the aforementioned problems, this place wont be around much longer.
