Pros
- the discount on shoes and handbags. (might have spent too much of paycheck back into their hands....) - a lot of leeway for part-timers when it comes to the scheduling - very little cleaning - my boss was awesome
Cons
- a lot of pressure on sales even on part timers (when compared to full timers) - rewards only benefited the full timers - no commission for part timers only hourly rate
