Micromanagement and no trust. They like to put employees against each other. Put 2 people in the position of "HR" only for the reason they run to management to tell on other employees. Management doesn't trust the employees and spends the majority of time micromanaging all the way down to grammar. Management also likes to abuse their employees and likes to remind how lucky they are to have a job. Paranoia runs rampant
