Smart offices, nice owners, free parking, decent benefits. Friendly colleagues, free weekly fruit, annual bonus, simply health cash back scheme, 5% pension.
Cons
Slow reactions to change, some management and staff stuck in ways. Traffic on business park awful at 5pm. Internal communication poor.
