      Amazing people Great high end kit Very flexible Wide variety of events mainly corporate Very experienced technicians with practical industry skills Strong problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments will be learnt here Lovely management team and not much pressure put on you by them

      Cons

      Communication could be improved but overall good Long working hours (expected in the industry) Very often shifts would go long over Work-life balance could be challenging during busy periods.
