The Sterling API is solid and the company culture is supportive and flexible - Customer Success Engineer Sterling Employee Review

Pros

Fully remote but there are regular meetups with colleagues. Also once in a while I meet clients at their locations. I can only speak for my team, Management cares if tasks are completed rather than micro managing. Work with a range of clients who are great to work with, largely thanks to the Sterling API being intuitive. Sterling always makes an effort to acknowledge employee contributions during virtual town halls and regional meetings.

Cons

Not all feature requests put forth for the API to the product management team are implemented or implemented anytime soon. Only the feature requests that are more urgent get implemented very quickly. Which is understandable to be fair.

Pros

The understanding of the higher ups, and the compassion they show. AND the fact that you could reach out to the Former CEO directly and have a normal conversation with them.

Cons

Some management cant seem to get a handle on some rowdy, rude, and disruptive employees, and it makes it seem like favoritism.
