Pros
Pension plan via BB&T (future uncertain given Truist merger), a FEW good people who still care and are committed to doing good work and collaborating .positively and effectively
Cons
Poor strategy, inability to effectively resolve conflicting priorities, poor communication, role prejudice. Problems still unresolved and getting worse since I left based on conversations with folks still working there. Uncertain future of internal LOBs based on changes that will be driven by new Truist merger.
