They are not working for the companies that hire them, they are actually working against them. Instead of teaching the clients proper procedures, if your metrics aren't high enough, you're OUT! Steritech is in it for the money, if only the hiring corporations would open their eyes and see it's just a money gimmick! Regional and Area managers should be ashamed of what they are promoting with their employees.
