The pay here in the mid-west is typically 2-4 dollars per hour higher in other similar jobs with better benefits. Also, there are 0% chances for advancement opportunity here, and the pay for those advances is sub par or require bizarre hours. I do not want to hear any reply that says, "We strive to make our Team Members feel valued and appreciated by offering a comprehensive benefits package that is in excess of what others offer." LIE!
