Pros
It has very good behaviour overall and students are respectful. It is outstanding so there's no urgent drive to improve. They are respectful to staff well being. There is pressure to teach well but the workload is generally manageable and there aren't many extras outside of your classroom. The strategic vision of teaching and learning is good.
Cons
The ICT facilities are not great. All students have a laptop which can be a pain - either they use them when you don't want or when you need them they're not charged/ not working. Some of the teaching rooms are not laid out well. This means some students can't see very well from where they are in the room.
