Supportive learning environment, but pay lacks growth - Anonymous employee Stepan Employee Review

No vertical advancement, terrible annual pay increases that do not keep up with inflation. Job scope stretched well beyond what was originally expected and pay increases did not keep up at all. My advice would be go into this job with a strategy to learn as much as you can and then exit for something better paying after 1-3 years.
