Not cons but words of caution: This job isn't for everyone! If you're good with getting wet/dirty, lugging heavy objects, and sometimes working 10 pm to 1 or 2 am while remaining professional (this is a semi-client facing role), you'll do great. Not a must, but a plus if you're comfortable driving 14-seater vans at night.
