They have fancy titles for higher management, but the reality is these are power and money hungry folks who cheat their way up to higher positions and do no actual projects at all. The owners are dumb and have no domain and technology knowledge or experience. Their incompetence in wrongly judging employees adds to the woes of trying to do honest work there. There is vile poison right from HR to all the way up to the owners. The owners are outright money hungry and will try to do things purely money minded. There is no organic growth in this company. Avoid it all costs. It will become a dent in your career.
