      They were flexible, but not anymore. So nothing really.

      Cons

      The leadership of this company is incompetent and flat out lies to employees. They will change schedules and duties on a whim. They said there would be time off but then changed it last minute without providing people time to arrange for childcare.

      Pros

      Working from home is nice.

      Cons

      Long hours, no summers off, no spring break, no fall break. Constant changes in job expectations and procedures. Teacher aren’t treated like professionals. Management is moody and unpredictable.
