Literally everything ! They will fire you without any notice as if you don’t have bills to pay and children to feed .No regard for their employees. No one knows anything .its like working for a new company every week because things change that often.The first two years at this company were GREAT! It felt like we were really putting the students first and that our work was valued as we made a difference.Slowly but surely people left and it all fell apart.
