They have very cool products

Every day they find a new way to cut pay to sales people and make it more complicated to get paid at all. They took what is normally an hour long delivery process and turned it in to sales people having to force their customers to sit down and download apps, do surveys, set up accounts, and countless other things before they can even leave a dealership. They used to compensate sales people for higher performance, but now they find every technicality they can do avoid paying anyone. If you're looking for a good manufacture to work for that compensates employees, THIS IS NOT IT!
