Some of the crew members were lazy but that’s not the company’s fault.

Nice salary to start off.

No one really helps you and they seem to not truly understand what direction they are taking. They seemingly discuss what how you're doing behind your back and then let you go without giving you adjustments that you can make to do better at your job.
