Pros

- Learning on the job -Family environment & healthy culture -Great Culture -Lots of Snacks always ready for the employees -Flexibility - Great opportunity great atmosphere -Everyone is there to help you out. Will make great friends working here. A lot of room to grow. -Great benefits & perks -Wellness (Yoga) for employees

Cons

No doubt, its a startup company. For anything to begin we need good mature professional manpower. And there was no HR resource earlier so getting happy healthy people in the company was way difficult. Now we have sieved the company to a very healthy atmosphere. We as a company also want to see the growth which is only possible when we have good managers and artist & writers start working for us. We are doing that.

Pros

The art team is solid and super talented. They will be the best people you will ever work with.

Cons

The CEO does not want to be in charge of a company but does not want to give up any control. He does not trust anyone to do their jobs and frequently undercuts them and takes away their ability to do anything until they are either beaten down into submission or leave the company entirely. He also frequently changes his mind and cannot give clear direction as to what he wants to see and, ultimately, he'll do it himself in the end, painting over or editing the work of others without their knowledge. The marketing team is huge for how small the company is and how ineffective their marketing style is. Most social media post are lazy and borderline offensive. Management allowed and even encouraged a hostile work environment to grow and did nothing about it except to discourage folks from reporting issues under the guise that we needed to be 'professional', despite the ones creating the issues not acting remotely professional. They allowed two men to harass, bully, intimidate and threaten women and queer creators at the company with no repercussions or care for the mental and physical damage such actions were doing to those targeted.
