Pros
It is really difficult to find pros to speak about this company. They have good customers where they can allocate you. Salary is OK.
Cons
There is almost no communication from the company to the employees. They do only the least that the law requires they to do. They don't have a good relationship with the union, what ends by affect all employees. No room for growth. No trainings. Too much excuses. They set unreal expectations when they are hiring you.
