Steelhead will provide you great on the job learning if this is your first time working in an office. You will work with clients through the day using Microsoft Office, and other Microsoft systems. Steelhead has a very family like environment and most of your colleagues are rooting for your success. I was completely new to office work and I had no idea what factoring was when I started, it was definitely a learning curve but I had the support to become a proficient member of the team.

As I mentioned above, it is a family like environment which is great at times but can lead to high emotion. Another downside is that as a company Steelhead is growing fast so at times it can feel like management is too busy with the workload that falls to them which makes it hard to get guidance at times. Lastly you will work primarily in the trucking industry so most of the clients are drivers, they can be highly emotional and harsh at times, being able to handle their outbursts (which are always over the phone because clients are never in office) is important.
