      Very relaxed, get to hide, supervisors dont punish you, vto, unlimited bathroom and smoke breaks.

      Cons

      Pay, the work load, the unrealistic work ratio, the lack of moral, lack of motivation, the PTO system.

      Company culture is wonderful! Great leadership and atmosphere was wonderful!

      There is no hybrid schedule which I feel could have been a great benefit.
