Pros
Stedi is a place where people who care about doing high-impact work can thrive. The CEO and executive team are thoughtful, high-integrity leaders who care deeply about building a successful business. That level of investment from leadership sets a high bar and inspires strong performance from the team. There are meaningful opportunities for growth. I’ve seen colleagues successfully transition across functions when their skillset or interests evolved. Stedi operates with a highly rational culture where strong arguments are taken seriously. Ideas are evaluated on merit rather than on employee title or other factors. Stedi offers employee perks/benefits that positively impact my day-to-day life and align with my core values: a healthy mind and body.
Cons
Due to the inherently intense workload of a high-growth startup, Stedi is not for everyone. That being said, you’re tackling challenges with people who are fun to work with, competent, and committed to the business, so the hard work is highly rewarding. While the workload can be intense, it’s worth noting that, like many b2b companies, things tend to wind down after 7 pm and on weekends.
