      Dedication and friendliness of teammates.

      Cons

      Brutal schedule and difficulty in availing leaves. Team building at expense of employees Favoritism of supervisors and managers, specially the certain couple which could influence even the upper management. Not freely to talk against the company otherwise you will get in trouble.

      Decent pay, work from home (remote)

      Cons

      No notice lay off 5 days before Christmas was not even notified. Went to long in and no access except email. My direct boss would not respond, ended up reaching out to someone above him who got on a call with me and HR and told me I was laid off.
