To make sure it was fair for the SDRs we gave full quota relief during this calibration period. - Created a realistic quota ramp to allow new team members to build their pipelines and still make the full potential of their commissions. - Conducted holistic Check-ins with our Sales Development team to create two-way dialogue and receive candid feedback on their experience & and take action on improving their experience. - Created clear, equitable, and transparent career and compensation progression charts that are based on industry standards, specific goals & core competencies. - Providing our entire team (across all levels) the tools and training they need to be successful leaders and strong communicators through our Gallaher Edge Communication resources & Marlow professional development coaching. - Finalized core values that we expect team members to uphold at all times. We are a quickly growing startup, and we understand we have room for improvement along the way.
