      Stable job, Degreed platform, courses, salary review (but short range compared to the market)

      The salary is low compared to the heavy workload, management is poor, and career opportunities are limited to friends of managers. Micromanagement is rampant, and many employees suffer from psychological problems due to internal pressure from the workload and blame tactics used to reduce bonuses.
