Relaxed atmosphere, almost zero dress Code policy, encouragement for internal mobility, easy recruitment process, good for entry level, no Fixed working schedule
Cons
No training structure at entry level, veeeery passive aggressive atmosphere, many many many people who have no idea of what they are doing, horrible management, no encouragement, bad salaries, boring work, you have to be very self motivated. People don't care about what they are doing. Bad team management, horrible internal communication
