      Pros

      The benefits are good, they are also always encouraging us to take classes to help our overall knowledge of the industry.

      Cons

      Management favors brown nosing. Chances for advancement are slim, I could only see it happening if I posted for another position outside my department. They also do not explain processes thoroughly and the work suffers as a result.

      Pros

      Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

      Cons

      No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.
