Pros

There are really no pros except working from home and not having to see the horrible people that work at this company.

Cons

From Ron all the way down. Sexual harassment reported to HR, not actioned. Workplace harassment reported to HR not actioned. Workplace bullying reported to HR, not actioned. 2 women cursed each other out on the phone and instead of firing them, they got promoted and moved to run 2 separate depts. The core business brain squad left to other companies and we are left with idiots who moved to other jobs and live in Syracuse or other places and just hide out and pretend to do work while her slaves do the work for her on a daily! Ron needs to fire every VP and up that has been at this company for over 10 yrs and let new blood bring in new ideas because these “Arms and Stvns and OSulls”of MO ain’t cutttin anything they should be fired and made an example out of! Waste of space and time!!!!! We kill each other daily for these folks and no raises for over 5 yrs no bonuses for AVPS, that’s why all our talent left and we have to lie to our clients and tell them they are still here just working on other projects, so clients won’t leave.

Pros

Own book runner and strategy. Good work life balance. Good working environment and nice people to work together

Cons

No much growth. Promotion to VP or higher is even forbidden based on company policy. Instead, ask people to move to different role. It doesn't make a lot of sense since it encourage people to find a new job.

Pros

The company has a great severence package. Unfortunately thats a pro because they are laying off workers every 3 months until most of operations are offshore. Decent 401k match and vacation.

Cons

Layoffs, pay is low. Return to office mandate.
