The AVP level cadre is hollow, people tend to be abusive, shout and howl to juniors. Not even a single associate stays here for >1 year. The increments are penny and bonuses are only distributed in the top management. It’s worst than an audit job on what they have made to this department. People are partial and promotion is never based on merit. Imagine, Senior Associate staying there at the same position for 3 years minimum.
