Pros
Little oversight or accountability in a remote environment means you can do lots of other things with your time. Common for people to have full time roles and be working another job or doing full time childcare.
Cons
-Out of touch management mostly interested in praising themselves. -Management frequently bullies, gaslights, and ignores staff. -No real roadmap for the organization. They follow shiny things and even then, planning is limited. -Extremely poor operations - money goes missing frequently and no one seems concerned. -Lack of consistent standards - favorite employees are judged to different standards than others. -Taking a hard turn Right politically.
