The company values its employees through salary and benefits, but also offers many opportunities for advancement. People throughout many levels of the organization are very willing to meet with you, and most employees have a fairly positive and kind attitude at work.
Cons
It can be very hard to try to make change within the organization. The company is very concerned with the experience of the consumer, but sometimes forgets to give attention to alternative methods of interaction with the customer (ex. online services).
