There are times in the year where you’re working longer hours.

Employee friendly, flexible working environment, collaborative teams, mission focused...This organization is one that I would recommend to anyone as a great place for employment. The people who work within the organization are dedicated to a common mission of equity. Shared leadership and professional learning are encouraged and supported.

The major funding sources are connected to state agencies and in an era of a tight state budget, the funding is a challenge. The organization is growing in its diversification of funding sources but is not there yet.
