Claims representatives are high caliber - as a policy holder and employee - I know we have an excellent product, as demonstrated by the claims service.

We continue to be challenged to improve efficiencies in our internal processes. Strategic efforts to improve are there, and in time will be implemented, but in the interim we have many solutions which have the feel of 'a work around' while we implement the new and better processes.
