Pros
Working for a well-connected, ambitious and supportive new CEO with drive and imagination. At SPR there is a strong team culture where we celebrate each other's successes work collaboratively to resolve barriers.
Cons
Historically, there has been a disconnect between the ambitions of the senior team and the ability to deliver on goals. Processes around promotions and recruitment weren't always followed which led to morale problems and a silo mentality across some departments. These are largely resolved and there has been a transformation across the organisation.
