      Pros

      people are friendly, pay is good, schedules are flexible, often breaks through out the day.

      Cons

      no advancement, there's no training/coaching team or person, hands out recognition for everyone, not for the people who really work hard.

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
