No communication with higher ups Poor training - You won't be correctly trained on how to do your job and won't receive any help if you need it. Nepotism and Favoritism. If you like drama and being treated like a number/warm body, this is the job for you. HR is absolutely NOT on your side. Don't trust them for a second.
