      Pros

      Startek has an excellent working environment. People are nice, respectful and considerate when it comes to employer-emoployee relationship. Sad because Startek closed last August 2021 in Iloilo City

      Cons

      So far, I don't see nothing since Startek was my first bpo experience

      The team was very helpful Open door policy Training was great

      Cons

      When business slowed down we were released from the phones, so we did not get to work full 8 hours
